Our products have varied coverage depending on patients insurance. Great Lakes Health & Wellness benefit services department verifies the patient’s insurance coverage or case eligibility before the equipment is delivered. We will also bill the insurance company on the patient’s behalf.
Our billing professionals work closely with our Order Processing Department to ensure the appropriate product is provided to patients per their physician’s order and following the requirements dictated by their insurance plan.
